Who We Are:
Northern Hawk Energy Ltd. (Northern Hawk) is a growing junior energy company based in Calgary.  The company currently owns and operates a thermal heavy oil project near Kerrobert, SK. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at our Kerrobert Thermal Plant.
Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support across various departments, including Health and Safety, Operations and Finance.  
    The position is full-time, Monday  Friday at the Kerrobert Thermal site.
    The position will report directly to the Kerrobert Thermal Field Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities:
    Perform general office duties, including scheduling, file management, and administrative support.
    Maintain and track Health and Safety documentation, training records, and compliance data.
    Assist in maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and equipment maintenance.
    Support financial processes such as invoice coding, expense reconciliation, accruals, and assisting with regulatory reporting and submissions.
    Coordinate contractor onboarding and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
    Formal training is preferred: Administrative diploma, Business certificate, or similar education.
    Previous experience (2+ years) working in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
    Proficient in office management, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving.
    Strong communication abilities and a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and ethical standards.
