Borderland Co-op is hiring a Human Resource Advisor at our Administration Office

What youll do:
Lead and implement hiring activities  recruitment, interviewing, and selection
Complete orientation, payroll, benefits, pension and probationary review documentation
Co-ordinate job postings, transfers, layoffs, recalls and related administration
Facilitate grievance meetings documents
Manage monthly reports
Track and advise of discipline levels for employees
Receive and respond to employee and outside inquiries
Review and updating of policies and procedures

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources and:
You have a diploma or degree in Business Administration or an HR related discipline.
You have 3  5 years of Human Resource experience. Retail experience would be considered an asset
You have effective planning and organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You have excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to translate complex information to different audiences
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
