Description

Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise construction crews and subcontractors on site
    Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
    Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
    Monitor work progress and prepare reports for management
    Enforce site safety regulations and company policies
    Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction
    Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site inventory
    Conduct quality control inspections
    Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients

Requirements:
    Proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman
    Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
    Excellent leadership and communication skills
    Strong problem-solving abilities
    Familiarity with safety and building codes
    Valid driverss license and reliable transportation
