Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish
Lead project meetings with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and contractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Prepare project budgets, monitor costs, and manage contracts
Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Resolve project conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner
Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and clients
Coordinate with local authorities and ensure permits and inspections are up to date
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as required
