Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate staff
Maintain office supplies and organize files and documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle correspondence
Prepare reports, invoices, and data entry as required
Support management and project teams with administrative tasks
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Assist with onboarding of new staff and managing office records
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in an administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
[Optional: Knowledge of construction industry or project management software is a plus]
