Key Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain company networks, servers, and systems
Install, configure, and support hardware (PCs, printers, routers, etc.)
Provide technical support to staff both onsite and remotely
Maintain cybersecurity measures, backups, and data protection policies
Set up new users and manage access to systems and tools
Oversee software licenses and updates for applications used by the company
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related procurement or support
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets
Create and enforce IT policies and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role
Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and common enterprise software
Familiarity with data backup systems, antivirus tools, and security protocols
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
[Optional: Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.]
Knowledge of project management software or ERP systems
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
