Job Description:
-Assist in overseeing daily operations of the food service department
-Support the Food Services Manager in staff supervision and training
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
-Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost control
-Coordinate food preparation and presentation for consistent quality
-Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service
-Schedule staff shifts and maintain labor efficiency
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
