Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the positions of Part-Time Cashier with Supervisor Duties at our Food Store location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Perform cashing duties, serve guests, pack groceries, stock and face shelves, perform general housekeeping duties.
Complete daily reports including lottery and diligence reconciliations.
Knowledge of all store operations and supervise the operational team in their daily duties as assigned.
Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
Adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies such as selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to lottery.
Order, receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures and train gas bar clerks accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.
