CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE, REGINA

JOB FUNCTIONS REQUIRED

Customer service, conflict resolution, documentation, solution focused.
technology savvy, exceptional communicator, enjoy team-based environments.

Provide customer relations in support of retaining existing Customers and attracting new business.

Build positive relationships and an understanding of what peoples needs are.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Certificate, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service is required
Experience in the insurance, health care industry or group benefit plans would be an asset
Understanding of the Canadian healthcare system
Computer skills, Microsoft Office 365 including Word and Excel
Written and verbal communication skills,listening and problem-solving skills
Customer service oriented and responsive to customer needs
