Description

The Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 is currently accepting applications for a Full-Time 1A Truck Driver.

Individuals with experience in the operation of a gravel truck, loader, grader, tractor and mower will be given preference.  A Heavy Equipment Operators Certificate would be considered an asset.

Duties will include but are not limited to loading and hauling gravel, maintenance of municipal roads including summer and winter grading, mowing of right of way, service & maintenance of equipment, installation of culverts & signs, and ability to manage/organize other daily duties throughout the year as requested by the Foreman.  A Class 1A license with drivers abstract is required.

The successful applicant must be willing to follow directions from the Foreman, and Assistant Foreman, communicate well with Council, Chief Administrative Officer, and the general public.

The successful candidate must complete a drug and alcohol test at the expense of the Municipality prior to commencing employment.
