The Operations Officer is accountable to ensure administrative, accounting and reporting functions are carried out to meet internal and external reporting requirements in an accurate, timely fashion. This position involves analytical and complex work, requiring effective time management to meet critical deadlines.
The Operations Officer will interact with internal and external stakeholders to provide financial administration, operational support in order to assist with the administration, coordination and management of FNLMS. Routine work includes maintaining and updating analytical spreadsheets, generating reports, identifying discrepancies, preparing and processing accounting entries, and performing other administrative duties within the Operations Unit of the SITAG Department.
