Looking for an opportunity, in beautiful surroundings? The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented people to join our team for the Summer of 2025. The position will run from May/June to September.

As a Guest Services Agent you are responsible to provide 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service and by exceeding all Resort guest expectations.  You are the first point of contact for all guests, either coming in for accommodations or simply using our food and beverage facilities. You should be outgoing, friendly and able to deal with the public, one on one, in a professional manner.

Basic computer skills; word processing, spreadsheets and proprietary hotel

Ability to be on feet for duration of shift
Ability to do shift work; some overnight shifts are required

A valid driver's license and own transportation is required.
