Are you an experienced administrative professional seeking a meaningful temporary opportunity?
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Bishop and Curia Coordinator to provide support during an extended leave of absence for a 1-year term.

About the Role
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the Bishop's office by providing high-level administrative and executive support. You will manage schedules, coordinate events, handle confidential communications, and oversee two administrative staff members, all while upholding the values and mission of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saskatoon.

What You'll Do
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the Bishop's Office
- Manage the Bishop's calendar, meeting requests, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate events, committee meetings, and special projects
- Supervise and guide administrative staff
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain clergy personnel records
- Support office administration, budgeting, and process improvements

What We Are Looking For
- A practicing Roman Catholic with a deep understanding of the Catholic faith
- 7+ years of senior administrative experience, including team supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems, and online meeting tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism
- Experience managing budgets and administrative processes
