a)Cut, trim, wrap, package and weigh prepared meat
b)Prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry for sale at self-serve counters or according to customers' orders
c)Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
d)Prepare special displays of meat, poultry,
e)Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry and may wrap prepared meats, poultry.
f)Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements
g)Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
h)May perform other duties as assigned
