We are committed to delivering fun, unique, and memorable experiences for all our visitors. As we continue to grow, were seeking a creative and motivated Store Associate to join our dynamic team.  
Key Responsibilities:
    Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
    Monitor and be attentive to minigolf course area or play area, and ensure customers have an excellent experience.
    Organize and host events and parties, coordinate party bookings and prepare party requirements accordingly.
    Process bookings and payments according to procedures and standards.  
    Support and ensure store operations are aligned with guidelines and standards.
    Keep assigned areas clean, tidy and presentable: dusting, vacuuming, using cleaning supplies, etc.
Requirements:
    Mature, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.  
    Proven experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Fluency in both written and spoken English
    Knowledge of facepainting, event host, graphic design or video editing are a plus.
    Strong troubleshooting and hands-on maintenance skills are a plus.  
    Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
    Passionate about entertainment, events, and creating fun, engaging experiences.
