The Part-Time Operations Manager/Admin will be responsible for overseeing daily operational and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth business operations, effective team communication, and accurate financial and data tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while supporting a dynamic team.
This position includes up to 20 hours of work per week, with 15 hours completed on-site, and up to 5 hours completed remotely.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effectively manage CRM tasks, memberships, payments, scheduling, and communication.
Lead team meetings, track KPIs, and maintain data accuracy to support business goals.
Consistently meet performance outcomes including ensuring revenue, churn, renewal, and retention rates meet targets.
Timely task completion with attention to detail.
The ideal candidate has:
Prior experience in administrative, operations, or managerial roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in business software and platforms (Momence, spreadsheets, email management, etc.).
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
A passion for fitness and helping others.
