The successful HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions within an Indigenous community. This role ensures that the community attracts, develops and retains a talented workforce. The HR Manager will also be instrumental in fostering a culture of productivity, openness and inclusion.

Successful applicants should have the following:
- 2-5 years in a HR generalist/management position
- Understanding of building a respectful workplace culture
- Experience in working with Indigenous communities
- A minimum of an HR Diploma from a recognized institution
- CPHR is an added bonus
