Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time File Maintenance Clerk at our Home Centre location in Big River, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Home Centre Assistant Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Administer start and end of day, end of period, end of month and end of year procedures.
Maintain master files, customer files, and vendor files for the location.
Responsible for inventory control including ordering and receiving, price changes and daily reconciliation reports.
Input pricing for upcoming sales, perform price verification process.
Maintain perpetual inventory report and complete regular stock checks.
Maintain all signage on the floor.
Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
