Duties & Responsibilities:

Data entry of analysis results to create Certificates of Analysis (COA) in Galileo
Communicate with GMCC customers by email and fax on their COA's
Work with the Shipping Department to complete COA requests
Perform testing and evaluation of raw materials
Conduct vessel inspections of outgoing bulk trucks
Prepare chemical reagents and solutions for quality control testing and sanitation purposes

Qualifications:

Grade 12 Diploma with education and/or experience in food processing and/or food lab environment
Background in science and/or mathematics is preferred
