Labeling Products
Performs Cash-In and Cash-Out Procedure- accounting for all forms of money, bread, etc.
Performs Food Temperature Logs to ensure all produces are safe to serve.
Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift at all times .
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
Maintains a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and keeping restrooms clean..
Understand, Comply, and adheres to all portion sizes, formulas, quality standards, procedures as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, Steritech REV Guidebook
Unload delivery truck supplies and place in the proper storage area
Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook
Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
Completes University of Subway courses as directed.
