Virtus Group is seeking a new welcoming face in our Regina office. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with our clients and guests. Your role will help ensure that we meet the highest standards of service tailored to our clients needs while also building strong relationships with all our internal staff.
What you'll bring to our team
-1-3 years of experience in a customer focused role;
-Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams);
-A positive and welcoming vibe;
-Ability to effectively multitask;
-Strong customer service capabilities; and
-Exceptional organization skills with a strong attention to detail.
Once you join Virtus Group, you'll be amongst a friendly and collaborative team of professionals in an engaging, challenging and rewarding environment. You'll assist our team by delivering a variety of tasks including:
-General reception duties (greeting guests, answering phone calls, processing payments);
-Handling incoming and outgoing mail, and couriering of packages;
-Performing various data entry tasks;
-Ensuring our meeting rooms and kitchen areas are kept in tip-top shape; and
-Assisting various departments within the firm.
Our Receptionist will join an established team of administrative professionals and have the opportunity to make a direct contribution to the success of our firm.
