About Us:
Based in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, our team provides mobile emergency medical services across southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Armour Safety is a trusted provider of high-quality emergency medical services and are committed to rapid, compassionate, and effective pre-hospital care.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs) to join our frontline team. As an EMR, youll be the first on scene to assess and stabilize patients in a variety of emergency and non-emergency situations. This role requires quick thinking, teamwork, and a strong commitment to patient care. While we call Weyburn home, our work takes us on the roadso applicants from anywhere in southeast Saskatchewan are encouraged to apply. We primarily specialize in stand-by medical coverage for events and oilfield job sites, ensuring safety and rapid response in high-risk environments. Our responders are dependable, adaptable, and ready to go wherever the job takes them.

Key Responsibilities:
    Respond promptly and safely to emergency calls
    Provide immediate patient care within the EMR scope of practice
    Assist higher-level medical personnel
    Operate, stock and inventory Mobile Treatment Center (MTC) unit.
    Document patient information and care provided accurately and promptly
    Follow protocols and work closely with dispatch, hospital staff, and other responders

Qualifications:
    Valid Emergency Medical Responder certification
    Current CPR and First Aid certification (e.g., BLS)
    Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
    Strong physical fitness and emotional resilience
    Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    Ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in emergency services or healthcare
    SCoP/COPR licensing a benefit.
    Ability to understand and follow LSD/GPS directions.
