Description

Your key objective: Manage and execute Greenwaves internal business operations including accounts payable & receivable, bookkeeping, IT admin and HR programs on schedule

What youll do

Prepare and post accounts receivable (invoicing) and accounts payable
Manage bookkeeping administration through Quickbooks
Deliver employee HR programs: post payroll, administer benefits
Administer internal IT systems including Microsoft Suite, Sharepoint, LastPass
Conduct employee onboarding programs, including computer & IT set up and systems training
Continuously update financial documents to deliver reporting for cashflow, budgeting and forecasting purposes
Maintain customer contract records, including invoicing and renewal tracking
Manage vendor contracts and internal business services
Manage and administer reporting for government funding programs
Prepare tax remittance with support from third-party accounting firm
Review & coordinate annual insurance renewals
General office administration and executive assistance duties
  

What youll bring

3+ years administrative experience, including bookkeeping and IT systems
Familiarity with Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping programs
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite required
Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM programs
Knowledge of accounting best practices considered an asset
Exceptional organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter approach to building out processes and executing responsibilities
A comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and entrepreneurial business environment
A curiousity and willingness to learn
