As the Business Receptionist, you will be the face of Charan Property Management and Realty Group, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and visitors. You will support our daily operations by managing communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanour. Communication:** Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointments, meetings, and property viewings using scheduling tools. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience. Support the team with marketing tasks, such as coordinating property listings and promotional materials.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
