Enter and reconcile financial data in QuickBooks Online.
Scan and process vendor invoices for goods and services.
Process transfers and payments to vendors.
Scan and Process invoices to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Record and apply incoming payments (cheques, electronic payments, credit cards).
Perform bank reconciliations.
Support other administrative and finance tasks as needed.
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
