Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (On-Site)
Description:
The Client is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, preferably within the public sector. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The Project Manager will work full-time on-site at a Client office in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex CRAM technology-based implementation projects to support publicly funded social programs.
Manage at least two large CRM projects with cloud integrations (budget of at least $500,000).
Manage team resources, risks, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.
Create and manage project management documentation, including project plans, schedules, project budgets, change orders, and project status reports.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels and prioritize business objectives.
Implement practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees.
Oversee 3rd party implementors and proprietary technology solutions.
Work with tools such as Azure DevOps.
Work with tools such as ServiceNow for tasks and ticket management.
Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification. A copy of a valid certificate must be included in the submission.
Extensive experience as a practicing Project Manager managing complex CRAM technology-based implementation projects to support publicly funded social programs.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels and prioritize business objectives.
