Job Order Detail

Description

Accurately pick and ship customer orders.
Works in a safe manner and maintains a clean, safe work environment including the warehouse, office area, showroom, and compounds.
Operate all equipment in a safe manner at all times.
Stock inventory in the correct locations ensuring an organized display of product.
Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking.
Report stock discrepancies and low stock levels to immediate supervisor.
Sort and distribute incoming shipments.
Communicate backorders to customers.
Orders to customers must be picked and shipped promptly, professionally and accurately.
Stage orders according to company procedures.
Assist with counter sales as required.
Attend all product seminars and training sessions as requested.
Ensure proper shutdown procedures are carried out at closing each day.
Completes yard, equipment and facility maintenance as requested.
Maintain a high level of customer service ensuring all customers are greeted promptly and assisted.
Maintain a high standard of safety by following all company safety procedures, policies, and initiatives.
Conduct and oversee cycle counts including performing detailed inventory audits, conducting physical counts of material, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
