Description

The Feed Mill Maintenance Lead is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of all feed mill equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting the production team in the manufacturing of mash and pelletized feed. Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery (grinders, mixer, pellet mill, conveyors, and bucket elevators). Perform and supervise preventative maintenance program and schedule maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations. Maintain logs, work orders and part inventories. Assist in capital projects and equipment upgrades. Follow all company policies and procedures.
