Were currently seeking a Manager of Communications to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, located in Regina, SK.

As a member of the Stakeholder Experience team, this key role involves leading the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy aimed at enhancing member and employer engagement. You will oversee audience segmentation, crafting targeted, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, and organizing educational outreach events to drive engagement. In addition, you will ensure all communication materials align with organizational strategy, comply with regulatory and accessibility standards, and manage our digital communication platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker and skilled communicator, capable of working collaboratively to achieve goals and elevate SHEPPs reputation as a trusted pension plan.
