AgWorld Equipment is currently hiring for:

Parts Counter Person
Employment Type:  Permanent, Full-Time
Position:  2
Location: Kinistino and Tisdale

We are currently looking for a parts person to meet the needs of our Tisdale location.  AgWorld Equipment has been a trusted solutions provider in the ag community since 1995.

Responsibilities:
Help customers find the parts they are looking for.  Must be thorough, courteous, and focused
Recommend substitute parts or show customers how to modify parts
Look up stock numbers and prices for parts in a various online catalogs
Use knowledge of machines and equipment to discuss the use and features of parts
Bill out freight when applicable
Take cash, cheque, or credit card for purchases
Label and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system
Be prepared to work extra hours during the busy seasons
Communicate with the Parts Manager concerning lost sales, discrepancies, low stock and parts returns
Keep the parts displays neat, tidy, and stocked

Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous parts experience is a definite asset
Previous customer service experience
Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
Able to work well under pressure
Organized and professional in appearance and conduct
Coachable and able to work independently
