T.C. Enterprises Ltd. (NAPA Auto Parts - Watson) is a retail company based in Watson, SK.  We are looking for a Parts Specialist who is motivated, reliable and seeking a long-term career opportunity. This role is the "face" of our company, and our customers have come to expect and rely in our ability to deliver exceptional and knowledgeable "know-how" service to a wide variety of sectors including agriculture, construction, industrial, automotive and retail.

You will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, handling orders and ensuring customer satisfaction through knowledgeable parts and service solutions.  Preparing merchandise for display and support store operations to meet the operational standards and driving sales through effective communication.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build relationships with customers by providing helpful & friendly service
* Sourcing parts for retail, automotive & agricultural customers.
* Maintain product inventories and displays in order to maximize sales
* Identify and support growth opportunities to enhance customer service & satisfaction.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills
* Strong understanding of the importance of superior customer service
* Previous parts experience; mechanically inclined and/or agricultural experience is an asset but we are willing to train the right applicant.  
* Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills

We offer a preferred weekly work schedule based on a 4 day/10-hour shift. Wage is negotiable and will be assessed on an individual basis dependent on experience.
