Description

Mazurek Industries is a welding and machining shop in Carrot River that requires a full time permanent front desk parts clerk. Having extensive parts knowledge is preferred, a high willingness to learn is a must

Job duties

-Maintain vendor relationships to meet supply chain needs
-Purchase the best possible price for our
customers and keep manufacturing costs at a low.
-Work with supervisor on special projects as needed
-Processing returns
-Supply tracking
-Point of sale system
-taking payment from customers
-Stocking and organizing parts room
-Answering phone inquiries related to the parts department
-ordering of supplies to multiple vendors
-Assisting in other areas of the parts department when needed
-Experience working in manufacturing, agricultural or industrial
background would be a great asset
- Customer service focus & ability to build relationships
- Attention to detail, organized work place, sets priorities, meets deadlines.
- Computer knowledge with ability to learn in-house systems Sage Accounting
-Participate in parts inventories, clean-up, and preparation work
-Sources parts for customers
-Ability to lift heavy parts
