Description

The Program Coordinator position, in North Battleford, is responsible for the planning, development, delivery, & evaluation of training employment programs while supporting individuals living with long term mental illness. Includes supervision, facilitation, administration, fundraising & other areas as assigned.

Referrals, intakes, orientation, goal management, assessments and reviews. Supervising & participating in delivering program activities ; providing transportation to and from. Manage work schedules, timesheets, training allowances. Vehicle & equipment management, supplies and inventory. Reporting & record management. Maintain healthy relationships with staff, clients, partners, supporters, and providers; be an advocate of mental health in the community. Maintain a current knowledge of mental health conditions, interventions, & resources.

Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Strong communication, time management & organizational skills. Problem solving, crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements:
Graduate from post-secondary in fields related to mental health, administration, programming or equivalent work experience in delivering programs, education and facilitation for those with special needs. A valid drivers license, satisfactory drivers abstract and satisfactory criminal with a vulnerable sector reference check.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
