Plus Stuff Junction is seeking a Casual Retail Store worker to help with day to day operations. This worker is expected to participate in participant programs as described by the Program Coordinator and Retail Store Supervisor. Responsible for daily cash count and record keeping. Identifies inventory required and proper recording of inventory. This person works collaboratively with the Plus Ind woodshop for custom orders. Participates in the evaluation of participants, pricing, stocking and displays incoming inventory. Maintains a high standard of customer service with a safe and healthy work environment. Ensures premises are clean and tidy. May have other tasks assigned related to the business and operation of Plus Ind. The position reports to the Store Supervisor. This position requires approval to make decisions not outlined as key responsibilities in the job description. Must be motivated and willing to work as part of a team. Knowledge of arts and crafts and Retail experience an asset. Willingness to work with people with intellectual challenges and a clear criminal record check is mandatory.
