Melfort Daycare Cooperative is seeking a dedicated, caring, and energetic ECE to join our team! We provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support physical, emotional, and social development

Supervise children at all times to ensure a safe and nurturing environment

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers

Maintain accurate records including observations, attendance, and daily reports

Follow all licensing regulations and center policies

Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a positive and respectful work environment

Qualifications:

ECE Level I, II, or III Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Valid First Aid/CPR

Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience working in early learning environments is an asset
