Job Duties:
1. Greeting guests with friendly conversation and using a seating chart to seat them appropriately.
2. Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
3. Provide menus and assist with any initial questions guests may have.
4. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experiences.
5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
6. Offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to guests throughout their visit.
7. May also need to answer the phones and fill to-go orders when needed.
8. Accept payments for takeout orders.
