Field Service Technician Atlas Office Solutions
Atlas Office Solutions is hiring reliable and experienced Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair customer office equipment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, professional, and strong team players with excellent customer service skills.
Preferred experience: Copiers, especially Konica Minolta, Lexmark, HP, and Zebra. Server , Network
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair printers/copiers on-site
Respond promptly to service calls and provide accurate ETAs
Complete service reports and maintain repair/inventory records
Refurbish equipment and follow repair procedures
Deliver, install, and move equipment (30300 lbs; up to 400 lbs on wheels)
Work independently and as part of a team
Available for overtime as needed
Maintain high attention to detail and troubleshooting skill
Qualifications:
Legal to work in Canada (valid SIN)
Based in or able to work in Regina and area
Experience with B&W, color, and multifunction devices
Ability to follow technical documentation
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Physically fit for lifting/moving equipment (up to 80 lbs manually)
Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, bending, kneeling)
Preferred:
Prior experience as a printer/copier technician
Training or hands-on experience with Konica Minolta, Lexmark, HP, or Zebra
Strong technical aptitude and Team working with Service manager and dispatch team
