We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our Ambulance Service providing a wide arrange of administrative support. We are looking for someone who is a team player. This position will also complete various duties as but not limited to:
- Greeting the public and answering questions
- Data Entry
- Bookkeeping knowledge in Simply Accounting an asset
- Strong Computer Skills & knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Payroll
- Various Reconciliations
- Front end office tasks
- Other tasks as assigned
