Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and business opportunities to grow client base and referral networks.
Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the firms immigration services.
Lead and supervise a small team of client intake officers and administrative staff.
Coordinate with RCICs and consultants to ensure accurate service delivery.
Attend networking events, webinars, and community outreach programs to represent the firm.
Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to adjust business strategies accordingly.
Set sales targets, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports for management.
Provide high-level support to clients during initial consultation and service onboarding process.

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the immigration, education, or legal sector.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes is an asset.
