The Role
Cameco is looking for a motivated, experienced operator to join the process operations team at Cigar Lake. Reporting to the supervisor, process, your role will focus on ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient function of the operations varied process circuits.

In this role, you will:
-Operate circuits as per outlined procedures and guidelines
-Identify, document, and report any maintenance concerns to support continual improvement throughout the operation
-Support and mentor junior process operations personnel

Required:  
-Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-Five or more years of mill or process operation work experience, preferably in the uranium industry
-Industrial water treatment certification and work experience
-Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
-Valid Class 5 drivers license
-Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
-Comfortable working both on surface and underground
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:
-Level 1 certifications in potable water treatment and wastewater treatment
