Description

The Role
We are looking for a collaborative team player that will safely and effectively lead the day-to-day activities for the site services team. You will be looked upon to lead the site services team through change and improvements that align with Camecos strategic goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing continual improvement projects to support the needs of the operation to achieve the safety, environment, community and financial performance goals of this state-of-the-art mining operation. In this role, you will:
-Be responsible for the supervision, mentoring, planning, coordinating, and scheduling of site services operations and project tasks to meet site requirements
Ensure the safe, effective and efficient execution of site services activities in adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
-Manage day-to-day operations of the airport, road maintenance, and heavy equipment operation
-Identify and develop continuous improvement projects to support the needs of the operation

Required:  
-Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-Seven years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Solid team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
-Willingness to give and receive honest feedback and learn required computer skills
-Strong leadership skills
-Class 1A drivers license
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:
-Previous experience with tailings management and HDPE pipelines/repair
-Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SAP
-Heavy equipment knowledge and experience
-Saskatchewans supervisor certificate
-Previous supervisory experience
-First aid certification
