Youve got 3+ years of experience leading operations in construction or something similar.
Youre an organized chaos whisperer who makes systems hum.
You get people, and people get youyou lead with clarity and care.
Youre cool under pressure and allergic to inefficiency.
You speak fluent construction: supply chain, production, safety, logisticsyou name it.
