We are looking for two Retail Finance Consultants to join our company (1 West region, 1 East region) to work from any of those locations. This is a great opportunity for you to support the sales/finance activities of the company and be a part of the future of ag. Our RF Consultants are committed to delivering exceptional service by providing quotes, analyzing data, & driving sales. Responsibilities
-Assist Retail Finance Mgrs & Sales Dept w/finance process, training, quotes
-Support Sales staff w/financial solutions for customers
-Conduct lien searches, assist w/lease maturities
-Analyze data to predict customer needs
-Stay informed of competitor offers/marketing
-Maintain customer files, update notes, admin tasks as needed
Requirements
-Business, Commerce/related education required
-Highly motivated, desire to learn
-Experience in finance related role/large portfolios an asset
-Ag background/exp an asset
-Strong communication/interpersonal skills
-Highly skilled at computer programs, MS Office/CRMs etc
-Work flexible hours/shifts, weekends/holidays
-Valid drivers licence, travel required
