Description

Autism Services of Saskatoon is searching for a detail-oriented and dependable Office Manager.  Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Office Manager is responsible for payroll, human resources and administration of Autism Services as assigned by the Director of Finance or Executive Director.  

The Office Manager is an integral part of  management and office support team, involved in problem solving, issue identification, analysis, and recommendations related to policies and procedures that will assist in improved administrative effectiveness of the agency in human resources, payroll/benefits  and general office administration.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of payroll systems and regulations, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Position start date: Monday, May 26, 2025

Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Clerk, or in a similar role, for a period of at least 3 years
-Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll practices, employment standards, tax regulations and immigration as it relates to employment, for example SINP.
-Strong knowledge of payroll processing systems, preferably AIMS, though other platforms would be an asset
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
-Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, and other data tools
