Description

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming project in Warman, SK.

Responsible for managing the project on-site from start to finish, including running construction meetings, working closely with the field staff and contractors to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently while adhering to the scope of work, and the company and/or regulatory policies and procedures.  They will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.

5+ years in construction, preferably working on multi-family residential/high-rise construction (we build condos)
Be a highly skilled carpenter (red seal carpenter or equivalent)
Able to read construction working drawings including and not limited to architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings
Up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, building materials and building processes
A seasoned problem solver
Be highly organized
Have competent computer (and phone) skills  experience working with construction management software packages and basic Microsoft Office and Google software
  Possession of safety & training certificates
