Position Summary:
Performs general tire repairs on light to heavy trucks, industrial and construction equipment. Work is done onsite at fleet maintenance facilities or various City locations. Reports to the Trades Coordinator (Fleet Mechanical).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Installs, inspects, and repairs tires, wheels, and rims across a range of vehicles and equipment.
    Diagnoses tire defects and recommends repairs or replacements.
    Assists in managing outsourced tire services and inventory.
    Maintains and repairs tire-related tools and equipment.
    Performs related duties such as minor repairs, parts delivery, battery replacement, cleaning, and shop maintenance.
    Adheres to all occupational health and safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 years' experience in tire service across various vehicle types.
    Strong knowledge of tire safety standards, tools, and repair techniques.
    Ability to read service manuals and work independently.
    Effective communication skills and customer service focus.
    Experience managing tire inventory and repair shop operations.
