              Holiday Inn Express Yorkton is looking for full or part time Hotel Front Desk Agents available for all shifts-morning, evening and night audit:
Need to perform loads of duties and responsibilities on a daily basis out of which below mentioned are some of the main duties and responsibilities: 
-Greet and acknowledge all the customers and guests upon arrival. 
-Confirming guests reservations and updating information.
-Attending to phone calls from customers regarding availability of hotel rooms. 
-Receiving payments from the guests.
-Updating the complete list of hotel guests. 
-Updating the guests check-in and check-out time. 
-Need to solve the problems or any issues that a customer or guest have with the hotel services. 
-Transferring calls to the guest rooms and departments.
-Help the guests in filling out their reservation form.
-Taking feedback from the customers or guests and forwarding to appropriate departments.
-Ensure cleanliness in the work place.
-Able to stand for a long period of time.
-Lift up to 25lbs
-Other job duties as delegated by your supervisor
Night Audit additional duties:
-Set up breakfast bar items
-Straighten chairs and properly arrange furniture
-Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast areas
-Make fresh coffee as needed
