Position Description: The Receptionist Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member service. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
Receive and refer incoming calls and online communication from various platforms to applicable staff members and departments.
Provide a variety of routine office administration support services such as maintaining filing systems, maintaining office equipment, maintaining office supply inventory, and other office support tasks.
Generate and distribute a variety of complex and confidential correspondences, minutes, agendas, and reports for board and executive.
Attend board meetings as scheduled and record minutes.
Promoting Unity Credit Union and maintaining active involvement in the community.
