The SEASONAL DEPARTMENT SALES ASSOCIATE is responsible for leading and merchandising the SEASONAL DEPARTMENT. Responsibilities include using retail software, ticketing and replenishing merchandise, general housekeeping of shelves, loss prevention, merchandising, restocking, and staying on top of current trends in the industry. They are responsible for transitioning and cycling the SEASONAL DEPARTMENT through Spring/Summer Gardening & Outdoor into Fall/Winter Holiday & Christmas. The sales associate will also be responsible for processing purchase transactions on the POS system and have a general working knowledge of departments and inventory within the store. The sales associate performs all assigned tasks with sufficient speed and accuracy to support store efficiency and a high level of customer service.
