**Open to any Innovation advice centre location in Saskatchewan**
The Associate Business Advisor (ABA) will deliver high caliber advice and member experience to Ag and Commercial members. This role provides support to Business Advisors by delivering financial services and proactively developing strategies and target service offerings that increase member value.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Respond to members inquiries by providing advice and guidance on the full range of financial products and services.
- Recognize and act upon business development opportunities that would be beneficial to the member.
- Assist with completion of loan documentation as well as Moody's input and analysis.
- Ensure all loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource for appointments with members on initial loan requests or finalizing signatures on documents.
- Utilize digital solutions to create efficiencies, simplify members banking needs, and enhance the member experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of post-secondary education or equivalent; plus 1-3 years' job-related experience (i.e., opening business accounts, consumer lending, quality assurance) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of various software packages, including but not limited to: Moody's, ProLender, FCT, iClic.
- Completion of courses related to Consumer Lending, Residential Mortgage, Commercial and Agricultural Lending would be considered an asset.
- Detail-oriented and risk aware, contributing to the safeguarding of our companys assets and reputation.
- Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
- Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, PowerBI).
